AML/KYC Policy

The company adheres to the principles of “Know Your Customer” (KYC), aimed at preventing financial crimes and money laundering by identifying customers and performing due diligence.

The company reserves the right to request any KYC documents at any time it deems necessary to verify the identity and location of the user on valtera.club. We also reserve the right to restrict access to services, payments, or withdrawals until identity verification is complete or for any other reason at our discretion under applicable law.

We use a risk-based approach, conduct strict due diligence checks, and continuously monitor all clients, users, and transactions. According to anti-money laundering rules, we apply three levels of due diligence depending on risk, transaction type, and client type:

SDD (Simplified Due Diligence) – for very low-risk transactions below defined thresholds.

CDD (Customer Due Diligence) – standard due diligence used in most cases for verification and identification.

EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) – for high-risk clients, large transactions, or special cases.
